Stuart is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been an RMT for the majority of his adult life. In 2013 Stuart decided to expand his professional and personal understanding of the body to include teaching Yoga. He graduated from Upward Dog's 200 hr YTT in 2013 and has been teaching Hatha Flow every Sunday at EPIC Fitness ever since. You can find Stuart involved in many community events, walking his furry friend Tyson and engaged in his own yoga practice every week.

Stephanie has practiced yoga for over 15 years as a competitive athlete knowing that flexibility and spiritual togetherness gave her an edge in her sport. After being a Personal Trainer for 8 years, she decided to take Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2012, with Marla Eriksen, in order to take her personal practice public. She has been teaching this niche form of Yoga ever since. You can find Stephanie leading the EPIC Fitness tribe, being a student in hip hop classes and enjoying the great outdoors.
