Emma is an experienced clinician that has a strong interest in sports injuries, injury prevention and optimal performance.  She has been influenced by her own athletic experience having played NCAA Division I women’s hockey at Clarkson’s University

Her treatment approach is patient-focused, creating individualized treatment plans that include a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, Gua Sha, cupping, mobilization, manipulation and active exercise programs to achieve optimal healing. 

Emma graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2010.  Since then she has completed continuing education which includes becoming certified in Acupuncture and Dry Needling and a Certified Manipulative Therapist (CMT).  She is also a certified Sports First Responder who has provided coverage for Pan Am Games in 2015 and Ottawa Race Weekend 2017.

Emma is a Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
