ONE-on-ONE

One-on-one training includes an in-depth consultation process, functional movement assessment and dynamic training schedule that is specific to your needs. We write everything down and evaluate your progress on a daily and monthly basis.  Our training methodologies are unique to EPIC Fitness.

ONLINE PROGRAMS AND TRAINING

The internet is an amazing thing and we know how to use it.  Experience our training from afar through Skype, email and phone.  We assess, evaluate and program with success and ensure your results are tangible.

SEMI-PRIVATE

Grab a buddy and share a personal trainer. All you have to be similar with is your schedule. We can work with different goals and different limitations.

GROUP EXERCISE

Join 3 or 4 others to experience small group training.  One of our trainers will be your leader. All you have to be similar in is your schedule. 

MOBILE ONE-ON-ONE

We come to you. Proper training doesn’t have to be sacrificed because you cannot make it into the facility. Our knowledge is in our heads and we can transport our heads anywhere.

EPIC SHRED OUTDOORS

Putting work in outdoors is inspiring and effective. We take our EPIC Shred program outside in the spring, summer and fall. Keep your ear to our newsletter for dates and details.
