Fall is a time we often associate with changing colours, pumpkin spice and big cozy scarves- things that offer us comfort. On the other hand, with the days get shorter and the weather gets colder and many of us can’t help but fall (no pun intended) into a sluggish state of “it’s too cold outside”, “I hate this weather” and “bring the summer back”.

This season brings a big reminder that change is a vital part of life. Weather comes and goes, plans change, goals and dreams shift directions. And yes, change can be scary but how can we fear something when we’re ready for it? There will always be unexpected roadblocks along the way. It doesn’t matter what they are, it matters how prepared you are for them!

EPIC Movie Night: Minimalism Friday, November 16th

Forest Bathing + Yoga Sunday, November 18th

This is a technique that was developed in Japan in the 1980s and is attributed with the population overcoming ailments such as stress. Learn how to embrace and cultivate the powerful healing properties of the forest! This is not a hike, this is an immersive sensory experience. Learn about the forest and the elements which make the forest so soothing and healing and then take part in a calming yoga session.
