4 Hours Functional Training per Week

Functional Training is our gluten-free bread and butter. Fill up these four hours with our personal training sessions (you can book your first one for FREE). We always aim to train with our clients at least twice a week. The remaining two hours can be filled with our movement classes like Animal Flow, EPIC HIIT, Functional HIIT or Yogi Strong. 4 Cups Healthy Fats, Fibre, Greens per Day

We not only house a gym but health services as well, one of which is nutrition. We work with two Registered Holistic Nutritionists who are here to help you make food choices that are right for your needs. We offer a complimentary discovery session to get to know you and discuss how Holistic Nutritionist can help you. You can also book a session with our Naturopathic Doctor to learn about what nutrients you may be deficient in. Finally, stop by our Basecamp Café for a healthy (and tasty) smoothie!

4 Hours Nature per Week

We host community walks every week and community hikes every month to give you an opportunity to get outside and connect with others in the EPIC family. Connecting with nature can be such a fun pillar to indulge in since traveling often means we explore new places and small things like biking or walking to work can make a big difference.

40 Minutes Self-Care/ Day

Self-care is often more than bubble baths. It means showing your mind and body the love it deserves- even when that’s not easy. You can schedule an appointment with our Registered Physiotherapist or Registered Massage Therapist to properly stretch and relax your muscles (and your mind!). Practice daily meditation, sign-up for our Yoga classes to calm your busy mind.
